I do apologize for the delay in response via email. With any product, results will vary, this does apply to relief time as well. I can not speak to spinal stenosis directly, as I have had a customer with this condition specifically that would give us an idea on symptom relief unfortunately. This product has been beneficial for many customers ranging in symptoms and severity of those symptoms. The most we can say as far as timing for relief, is with in 30 days with regular use. However, what may work for one person, may not work or work the same for another. This would be true with any product, natural or pharmaceutical. I do apologize for the delay in shipping. However, after looking into your account information, I see that you have selected our saver shipping. On this shipping method, USPS does quote us with a longer delivery time, which can be between 2-3 weeks, or depending on how long it takes for customs processing. I do see that the package is still in transit. Please feel free to contact our call center if you do not receive your package with in the next week or so.

I do apologize that you have not been able to have your questions answered by a representative. I did see that a reply was sent via email, but perhaps this got filed under junk or spam. As far as dosing though, it is a standard dose of 1 ml twice daily for any person over 50 pounds. With homeopathics, it does tend to work best on an empty stomach, so most customers will take the product before breakfast and again before dinner, which can be mixed in with water or dispensed directly into the mouth. You can also find the dosing instructions right on the website under the usage tab.

I do apologize for the delay. We did ship your product First-Class Package Service. Everything is shipped via USPS, and I do see, according to the tracking number, that there was a short delay in sorting. The package is currently at your local post office and is expected to be delivered sometime this afternoon.
