I am terribly sorry about any delay in shipping. I have looked into your order information I see that you had selected our saver shipping option. With this shipping method, packages are typically delivered with in 7-10 business days with the post office. According to your tracking number provided by USPS, the package shipped out on the 23rd and was delivered on the 2nd, which is with in that time frame. I do hope that you have received your product and have been able to give it a try. Please let us know if you have any questions. You may contact our call center direct with any concerns as well.

I do hope that you have received our follow up emails in regards to this shipment. We were able to reach a resolution, which was stated in the email as well. We truly are sorry for this delay in shipping and for any inconveniences this has caused you. According to the new tracking number we emailed to you, your package has reached a sorting facility and is currently in transit to you. Please let us know as soon as your package arrives.

Looking at your order information, and I do show that you have just received your product on the 10th. With homeopathy, it can take time to build up in the system for a more effective response. For most customers, it was not until after 1-2 weeks of regular use, that they began feeling relief of symptoms. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to give our product a full 30 days. If after that, you are still not satisfied with our product, please feel free to contact our call center to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to send the product back for a refund (less shipping).

After checking your order information, I do show that you have just received you product on the 28th of May. With having only used the product for a few days, you may not feel relief from symptoms right away. With homeopathics, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks for a person to begin feeling an effective response, and that is with taking the product every day, twice daily. Have you been sticking with the recommended dosing? Have you discontinued other medications abruptly to start our product? Have you been mixing this with water or dispensing directly into the mouth? Are you taking the product at the same time as other supplements? Also, because it is a homeopathic, we do encourage our customers to give the product a full 30 days (taking 1 ml twice daily). As stated in the insert, you may increase the dosing up to three times daily if symptoms are severe to start. Please contact our call center should you have any other questions or concerns either by telephone or via email.

We have been in correspondence with you via email in regards to this shipment. Our shipping department sent this package out the very next business day with the shipping method you selected. As explained in our email, the package was awaiting clearance in customs and is actually being prepared for dispatch today, which was the most recent scan. This is not something that Hellolife can control unfortunately. We do apologize for the inconvenience and delay.

After reviewing your order information, I do show that you have received this package almost 2 weeks ago. With most it can take time for the product to build up in the system for an effective response. For most customers, depending on the person and severity of symptoms, didn't begin feeling a relief for about 2 weeks with regular use. I am wondering if you had discontinued other medications in order to start our product? Also, this can be taken up to three times daily if symptoms are severe.
