I'm buying this for my mother for her aches and pain. Doctors say its her arthritis and there is nothing they can do so I'm really hoping this stuff works. Keep my fingers crossed.

I am taking the Neuroveen drops (2 x a day) as my shingles pain had already started winding down, but I am relieved that I do not have to take ibuprophen for pain any longer. The drops (at this stage, anyway) really do work. I am a fan of homeopathic supplements because I've used them for years and they are effective. I have an alternative medicine doctor (retired from traditional medicine) and have learned how to best take homeopathic drops: (1) take 15 minutes before or after food, (2) take half an hour before or after consuming mint, chocolate or coffee, (3) hold the drops under the tongue for about a minute. I can't rate the drops for neuropathy in the feet or hands, but these have been very helpful for my shingles pain.
