We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product so far. We do not claim that our product provides "immediate" relief, so we do apologize for any confusion on that. What we do offer is a homeopathic medicine for safe, temporary relief of symptoms. While there are customers that have claimed fast or immediate relief, results will vary. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before they began feeling relief from their symptoms. For this reason, we do encourage our customers to try our product for at least 30 days and use our product as directed (1 ml twice daily). We are terribly sorry for all the confusion and frustration this has caused. Unfortunately, as stated in our shipping policy that is available for review online, it does state the following: "Tax and duties for international orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees. A separate invoice for the tax and duties (Customs fees) will be charged to you from either USPS or FedEx® or your country's Customs office." We are currently waiting on a response from FedEx in regards to this package as mentioned in our email to you. Please refer to this email for more information in regards to refunds. I am terribly sorry that this has happened to you. We do not encounter problems with Customs when shipping to most countries. Tax and duties for international orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and is returned to us, we will issue you a prompt refund, less shipping costs and any Customs fees charged to HelloLife® by your country. This information is made available to all customers as well. Your order was placed directly through our website and unfortunately, we were not able to go over any questions that you may have had in regards to placing an order, so again we do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you. I am sorry to hear that you feel this way about our product. I would like to take this opportunity to explain what our product is in hopes that it gives you a better understanding of what you have purchased. As a natural medicine, Anxietin safely activates the body's natural relief and balance mechanisms. Many other OTC formulations rely on chemical responses to activate or block certain responses and come with notable side effects you can read about in the product indications. Natural medicine is safe. The purified ionized mineral water in Anxietin is an effective delivery agent for the homeopathic ingredients, as opposed to alcohol, which is common to most homeopathic preparations but irritating to your system. I do see that you have just recently purchased our product. Since our products contain natural homeopathic ingredients (in an ionized water base-intended to have no flavor), it can take time to build up before the body will begin responding effectively. For this reason, we encourage our customers to give our product a minimum of 30 days with regular use (1ml twice daily) as results and timing for relief will vary with each person. I do apologize for the delay in shipping. After reviewing your order information, I do see that you have selected the saver shipping with no tracking. With this shipping method, it does take a little longer for delivery through USPS. We are quoted 2-3 weeks for all international orders, or depending on how long it takes to process through customs. If you do not receive your order by next week, please let us know. Have a great day.

I do apologize for the delay in shipping. I do see that you have selected our standard shipping, which includes tracking and is shipped through USPS. This shipping option is not "express" however, just the standard for all international orders. I can look into this for you and notify you via email if I am able to get an update on your package from USPS. I will also send you an email containing the tracking number so that you can also check with your local post office to verify if the package has arrived and/or if it still being processed. If you do not receive your package though by next week, please let us know. Have a great day.

I am sorry to hear that our product has not yet worked out for you. After reviewing your order information, I do see that you have only had the product for about a week. Typically, with homeopathic medicines, it can take time to build up in the system before your body begins responding positively. For most customers, it has been between 2 weeks through the first full 30 days with regular use before there was any indication that the product was working out for them. I would encourage you to give the product a full 30 days taking as suggested, 1 ml twice daily. If you have any questions as far as dosing, please feel free to contact our call center directly for assistance.

Good Afternoon Raymond, After looking into your order information, I do show that the credit was applied. However, when the order processed through online, you might have clicked the submit order a couple of times, because I do see that a separate order of just shipping processed through as well. We are happy to correct this for you. I have already sent this over to our billing department to get this extra charge reversed. I so see that this was processed on the 23rd, but no indication that you tried contacting our call center about this as we could have rectified this sooner. I do apologize for the confusion.
