Excellent places and ultimate customer service we had such a great experience and feel super safe all the time

Great experience from start to finish!! Amazing attention to every detail. Highly recommend.

I have stayed with Holt three times. The security is great. Very safe place. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Mostly I’m impressed by the customer service. Any problem I might have imagined from laundry to extra towels was handled quickly and with professional attitude. Almost luxurious at half the price. By the way around the corner is most wonderful coffee shop called New York bistro. Amazing breakfast.

We rented an apartment in Bucharest (Birds of Paradise) , a beautifully designed apartment, excellent location, professional and excellent service from the Holt team, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!!!

Amazing apartment in Bucharest (Birds of Paradise). The location is perfect, everything is finished luxuriously and very comfortable, and most of all the service from the Holt team, especially Maria, via messenger and phone has been exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Strongly recommended. I can't stress this so much, I usually book 5 star hotels but for this stay I can say for the first time ever for an apartment rental via Airbnb (though book directly on their site as it's a little cheaper, I realised a little too late) the quality of service and attention to detail has been like the most luxurious of hotels and I am very very impressed.

The location is absolutely perfect you are right in the middle of the action. There is a gym super close by if you need to train. The room is spotlessly decorated, the bathroom is a amaizing and cleaner there is a fridge and nespresso with pods provided, USB plugs, and great wifi. You won’t want lo leave!

La ubicación es única y el lugar es increíble, unas instalaciones nuevas y diferentes, quedarse aquí la mejor opción
