We stayed at one of their homes in San Miguel de Allende. Usually we tend to go downtown center in SMdA but chose because of how it looked like. Being a bit outside resulted actually as a great asset, as it is much calmer and close to shopping facilities. And in 15’ you can get to the center with no hassle. The house is beautiful and Holt manages to make it very comfortable, with all accessories and amenities needed. The 4 rooms are equally great, the common areas very nice, the kitchen very well equipped and the rooftop is just amazing. Our assistant on site was great. She was very present and not only for breakfast, but having someone cleaning the place every day just makes it a hotel experience. Holt is ver attentive and responds fast to questions or concerns. We would definitely book them again.

5 stars apartment, a home away from home. Thank you Holt team for all you r help .The location is perfect,few steps away from old town in very quite neiberhood. The beds and pilows are so comfortable, better than a 5 stars Hotel.i can t wait to be back

Great communication Beautiful room Great value for the price, especially compared to other places in the area. I had no issues with the room or the staff The booking process requires a few documents on the insurance side but it's really quick though a little irritating There's no option for a late checkout but you can always book an extra night so no big deal Overall 10/10

Newly renovated building in the Old Town with cosy and comfortable rooms. The staff is very kind and responsive and the instructions about self-check in easy and clear. Recommend a room with balcony if you are a smoker

I stayed at HOLT in Bucharest, the customer service was outstanding, the appartament was absolutely stunning, with everything you could ask for and more. It’s right in the centre with everything at a walking distance. Really clean, good security and they even provide you with some snacks, water, beer and an umbrella, which I really appreciated. Definetely a place that I would recommend

The apartment is well located, the stairs to the apartment are not comfortable. The apartment itself looks good and comfortable, but in the pictures it looks much more impressive than in reality. There is a terrible sewage in the apartment that comes from the shower area, and in addition, the shower windows are full of pigeons that make a constant noise
