Helium MobileReviews of hellohelium.com

Discovery mapping is a joke. they still have not figured out to upload on a schedule. if you are in a low TMO signal area you phone will die fast because discovery mapping is always uploading your location to them. If Google has figured out how not to kill the battery why can't they? also, TMO service sucks outside of the cities. they should do a dual MNO or change to att or VZW for MNO partnership.

Terrible service, mapping functionality doesn't work half the time, support hasn't fixed sim cards for androids, constant 'we are looking into it'

I have been trying to cancel my service since the first month I signed up, they are *still* charging me, and refuse to stop despite me making multiple requests to them to do so. They have also, somewhat unsurprisingly, not replied to my requests for them to refund the previous unauthorized charges (the ones that took place after they acknowledged my first request to cancel). Just today they sent me an email saying they are going to attempt to charge me again in 24 hours. What a surprise!

I thought this was going to be an awesome thing! $20/mo for phone and internet?? All while earning crypto?! Unfortunately I signed up, paid the $20… only to find out my phone is locked by another carrier and I can’t transfer just yet. So I cancelled with helium mobile. All within 5 minutes…. But they won’t refund me the $20. I am literally getting no service from them and I gave them $20. Customer service is friendly but not very responsive. I have been waiting on a reply from a manager for at least a week now. So frustrating. I was planning to join as soon as I was able but now, I’m not sure I want to be a part of them. Seems a little crooked to me.
