My wife and I have been using Helium Mobile since day 1. Its going to be world's best telco. Best part people don't realize is that its basically free with coverage mapping earning...I dont really understand 1 star ratings.

BEST DECISION I MADE WAS TO GO WITH HELIUM AND PUT MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT FROM OTHERS’ SERVICES AND THEIR FEES AND HELP THE CRYPTO COMMUNITY AND MYSELF BY GOING WITH HELIUM ... LET ME ASK YOU THIS IF YOU’RE READING: WHEN HAVE YOU EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT SOMETHING GOOD AND FREE? WELCOME TO HELIUM

Customer service is the worse. I just got the eSims in the mail today after ordering it on the 7th of Jan 2025. Today is 18th of Feb 2025. I can't make calls. I don't think the Sims has been activated properly. Granted I am using an IPhone 8. I just want to try the service before I add my other 3 phones. I reached out to customer service with my problem I can't make phone calls. Unfortunately, no one has gotten in touch with me. I like the phone concepts and plans and I hope they don't run people away with their customer service. This is the review I wrote earlier. After being contacted later, and having my issue resolved, I felt bad about the negative review. Yes, it did take almost two hours before they got back in touch with me and it was by email. Nevertheless, the issue was resolved within five minutes. You'll we have to be patient with them. They are young company that is growing in the right direction, with an awesome concept and they pay us for supporting their network.

Hello Darryl, It looks like you signed up to one of our newly launched plans, and after a bit of a delay in pSIM deliveries due to demand, the support team was able to help get it activated shortly after you reached out. We hope you enjoy your service moving forward.

My family and I have been using Helium Mobile since 2023. Very satisfied. In fact, the unlimited service is slightly better than AT&Ts service. Awesome.

Love it! T-Mobile services and data levels without the outrageous T-Mobile prices. Thank you Helium and Helium Mobile! 🙌 The future looks bright.
