My experience has been great so far! Easy to message my doctor with any questions and I was able to get on Accutane so much faster than if I’d made an in-person appointment. Their pharmacy also offers great pricing that ended being the cheaper option vs my insurance. I highly recommend clear health.

Its a great and cheap way to get one of the most expensive treatments for acne out there. The support is amazing, they really go out of their way to answer any questions you may have or address any concerns. The doctor too is readily available. I very highly recommend clear Health. Everything has been a smooth and easy experience from the consultation to the follow up visits. The customer support is phenomenal! I had questions and reached out to my dermatologist and got clear and quick responses. They also gave me a lot of information in regards to my treatment plan. Another great thing is the delivery of the medication directly to my door!

I personally used Clear Health for a telehealth alternative for Accutane in 2021 to 2022 and it changed my life. It was a great way to access something that was elusive before since I did not have great health insurance. I have since been able to go on to a fruitful life without acne. The platform is easy to use and the support is helpful whenever things are needed, such as address changes or prescription questions. The dermatologists are helpful through the process and I can safely say it's a trustworthy platform.

I've been using Clear Health for a couple of months now and I've been really enjoying the experience. The customer service team has been really great to me each time I reach out to them. I get my medication from my CVS, but I have gotten it from them before because my pharmacy doesn't have it in stock occasionally. I definitely would recommend this to a lot of people. I work from home so I don't have a 'traditional' lunch so being able to get the appointment done from home is awesome. I would say the only thing I don't like about them would probably be the lack of service on the weekends, but they always make sure to get back to me!
