Being a subcontractor isn't always easy — you depend on the companies you work with to be organized, fair, and professional. Hello Cleaners is all of that and more. I've been working with them for a while now, and every experience has reinforced why I keep coming back. They are straightforward with the scope of work, respectful of my time, and always prompt with payment. There's no guessing game, no last-minute chaos — just clear instructions and mutual respect. What I appreciate most is that they actually care about the people doing the work on the ground. That's rare in this industry, and it makes a huge difference in the quality and dedication you bring to every job. Hello Cleaners has earned my trust and my loyalty. If you're a subcontractor considering working with them — don't hesitate. You'll be in great hands.

I am so proud on how the carpet cleaning came out. Exactly what I was looking for.I love the way the house was cleaned and spotless with no residue or smells. Absolutely highly recommend to any one that is looking for a good cleaning team.

Did an amazing job cleaning my offices in needed an in depth cleaning of the entire building and their team arrived and finished the job in a timely manner

I paid for the Move In cleaning, I made sure to ask for hallways and ceilings, to double check boxes ensure everything was covered. The house is vacant mind you, nothing is in it. I wanted them to clean, mop and dust everything. I added the appropriate appliances, and requested the garage get cleaned as well. The previous owner had stray cats, and was older, so he never probably ever dusted anything in the house. I got home, I entered from the garage to find tumbling cat hair and kitty litter still all over the floor and in the corners of the garage. Not a great start, that annoyed me, but not deal breaking. Every light in the house was still on, the ceiling fans were set to full blast and the AC unit was turned down to 61 degrees. I had it set to 74 and the outside temp was about 84 for the day. Long story short most every window still has either cobwebs or dirt in them. Two of the three ceiling fans have dust caked all over them. The low hanging light fixture in the kitchen has dust and dirt all over it still, the kitchen floor still had cat food on it they hadn't mopped. The only thing they did well, was clean my appliances. They failed at every other aspect. I figured with paying $700 USD I would have found maybe one spot I was like heh they coulda done better here. Save your money take the day off of work and do it yourself, or maybe pay a homeless person $50 bucks and see where it goes.

Excellent customer service. Immediate response time with a fair quote and schedule. I had called other companies and did not get as quick a response or no response at all. Ash was courteous and helpful and more than willing to assist with my situation.

Good so far i love working with them

Very good company

Avoid this company. I paid more than other cleaning services expecting a professional, “move-in ready” result—and they completely missed the mark. Appliances were left dirty, drawers untouched, and there was visible dirt, debris, and even trash left behind. This was a clear failure to deliver the service promised. They initially acknowledged the issue and offered a redo under their “100% satisfaction guarantee,” but then refused to honor it, claiming too much time had passed—even though I live out of town and they never provided completion photos. In reality, only a few days passed between their promise and refusal. I had to hire a second cleaning company to fix their work, adding more cost and hassle. Their minimal refund didn’t come close to covering the damage. If you want reliable, professional cleaning—especially for a move-out—look elsewhere
