The package it came with was beautiful they also put in a little sheet about when to put the product you bought and they give you bubble stickers which are adorable! Although the ETA was wrong saying to be delivered on the 4th instead-it delivered on the 14th

I still haven’t received my purchase

Ordered items for a present and allowed over a month to get it in time. Emailed them after a couple weeks to see where it was up to. Received a nice email explaining there had been an issue in the warehouse (they’d forgotten my order basically) but they’d sort ASAP and also refund 20% of my order to original payment method (this never happened). I didn’t care about the refund though, just wanted the goods before my daughters bday.,,anyways still didn’t come so couple weeks later emailed again asking for the tracking number only to be told there was no tracking number as it still hasn’t been sent. Gift didn’t arrive for a further 2 weeks, missed the birthday. Daughter super happy with the items themselves once they did come but I won’t be ordering from them again. In the days of online shopping you have to do way better then 6 weeks turnaround for someone to get their goods. Also shouldn’t need to be contacted multiple times just for it to actually get sent. Not good enough.

I purchased a kit from Bubbles website, in the kit there were maggots. I emailed and texted, but Bubbles is very slow in responding. They do not have a phone line to call customer service.

Ordered 2 months ago and still waiting for it to arrive.

18 days and counting and order is no where near being delivered.
