I’ve had zero updates on my parcel, I have no idea where it is, and no response to emails I have sent to bubble. I will never purchase a product from you ever again.

If you like this product, I would not recommend buying direct from site. Go through vendors that have better business policies. I contacted Bubble 9 minutes (checked my timestamps) after making a purchase to request they cancel the order before the product ships (I realized I was duplicating a Christmas gift). They responded, still before receiving the email confirmation that the order shipped, and said they cannot cancel the order. I also asked if they can process a refund if I shipped the product back, and they could not. All sales are final through the site.

I absolutely LOVE the product I have tried from Bubble so far! I have the Slam Dunk Hydrating Moisturizer. My face has cleared up some after switching to this product. I want another!!

NO sign of parcel. No sign of even a tracking number for parcel. And Bubble can't be arsed responding.

Pick a different delivery service. My package still hasn't arrived and it's been 2 wks.
