It’s been over a month and I still have not received this order. I emailed and was given a 20% off discount but it doesn’t change the fact my order still is not here. The tracking information is not moving so couldn’t only imagine it will take another month. Do not order if not in the USA

Ordered winter skin care product online on 28th October and today being 14th December still has not received. Have to follow up few times via email amd response was stock standard we will ship soon and ware house issue. I also place feedback before but not updated on bubble website which is not surprising as i rated one star only. I understand company only wants to put above 4 star reviews only. I also know this review will also be not published.
