Used helloahead for 1 year
I used helloahead for roughly one year. I actually really liked the NP that I saw and felt like she was the first provider to really listen and try to address my concerns. I also felt that I was on a solid treatment and was happy with the progress I had made. With that said, I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. helloahead requested clearance from my PCP who did so with the caveat that he was unhappy with the options on the form from helloahead (no risk, medium risk or High risk IIRC) so he simply wrote in that i was "low" risk because noone is "No Risk" in his words. The helloahead provider dropped me the same day they received the form. No discussion of alternate meds or anything. It really makes me feel like they are just pushing specific medication and not really treating. Again, I was happy with my treatment but clearly if you don't fit into the box they are serving then they have no use for you.
