One star is too many! I visited Helix VM virtually today at 10am for an eye infection. Instead of telling me up front that they do not treat eye infections, they took my $53.00, sent a $2300 prescription (ridiculous!) to CVS for me, and then cancelled it right away. Shortly after that, they told me to go to the ER. I told them I expected to be refunded, and they said no. There was no phone call, no video appointment, no conversation at all. Six hours went by and they told me to go to the ER. And I had to pay $53 to hear it. Stay away from these scammers.

Charged me over $200 weeks after. All I did was get a doctors note and now I'm paying over $250. Save your money go somewhere else

SCAM!!!! Non responsive to calls or emails. Did not receive prescription ordered. My guess is I never will, it's been many hours. The reviews (which I should have checked first) are HORRIBLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY you will receive nothing for it.

This is a scam company. They will charge you amounts weeks after treatment without explanation. Do not use them.

First reading all the complaints and Karen's complaining about ridiculous things. None of it jibbed up with what I just went thru. Easy to sign up and request cortisone. They took my insurance. Msg me the fixed my pharmacy that I had listed wrong. Reviewed my health records and request called my script in and in less than 2 hours I'm going to pick up my prescription. I have a feeling there was alot of narcotic request and dangerous med request or people who can not follow instructions right, spoiled all their lives never told no throwing all these tantrums, if not and I'm wrong then why was my experience 100% opposite?? People should think twice before reading my or anyone's reviews to totally make their minds up. Your only getting one side of the coin.

They did great. I didn't have to sit at the er or pay expenses unnecessary for treatment.

Absolutely terrible experience! I spoke with Carmille Beauvais, and she was not only rude but completely unprofessional. During our video call, she refused to show her face, which was incredibly frustrating. She offered no helpful advice or insight, and was of no assistance whatsoever. I am beyond disappointed! I specifically requested a doctor's note for the previous day, as the website stated there were no available appointments, leaving me unable to get the note my child needed for their absence. I will never use this service again.

Do not use this. Please look at reviews before you use this telehealth company. I’d stay away from telehealth in general unless it’s from your primary care physician you can physically meet in person. This company is a scam. They take your information and don’t even tell you that they’re about to start your appointment or give you the option to opt out. I did not even want to use this site, but there’s no way to stop it once I put in my name and information. They will charge you or your insurance 500 dollars. Then they will charge you again, and they will harass you constantly. I never even met with a doctor, and I never even got a prescription filled through them. Please report them to the Better Business Bureau. It only takes a few minutes of your time, but they need to be dealt with. This is a shady company that is taking advantage of people in regards to something like their health, which is very sinister. If you have been scammed by them already, please contact the better business bureau. The more complaints they get, the more likely it is that these frauds will be taken care of.
