They attempted to charge me multiple times. The care was not worth it. Then they kept trying to charge me.

AVOID!! I found out they did tele health and accept my insurance. It was an embarrassing matter so I chose this route. I have my insurance info and they said there was a copay of a few dollars. I paid it and they sent my rx to my pharmacy. Everything was good until… this was about a month ago and I just received a text from my bank alerting me to a possible fraud. They was trying to take an insane amount of money from my bank. My insurance was also charged. My bank told me they are on their list of probable fraudulent companies. There was nothing on the day of service about any other charges besides the copay that I agreed to and paid that day. The one good review I seen was very recent. Wait till they wake up to 500$ missing from their bank account.

The website says they take insurance. It doesnt appear my was put through. My insurance company has no record of it.I was also threatened wit collection. I keep getting the same response every time I email them. Very cowardly not to have a legitimate phone number!

An absolute joke. AI bot asked me questions and then instead of giving me a prescription I got a referral from a doctor to go to the doctor?! Sure did charge my card though. Nothing but a scam.

You know what. It was a holiday, I was trying to get medicine so I hopped on Google and found this company, first thing they did is collect my insurance and bank information promising medicine I needed, shortly after I get an email saying I need to go to the ER. THAT WAS IT??? The account I used was a Venmo account because I don’t trust purchasing stuff on random websites. They have been trying to charge my Venmo account $185 for the last six months, now they are threatening to go to debt collections and all kinds of crazy things.

I didn’t receive anything, but they still charged me. I emailed them, explaining that I didn’t receive any service and couldn’t pay, but they still charged me an additional $10 as a late fee. I’ve used telehealth services a lot, but this one is definitely a scam.

Scam. Suppose to be telehealth but get your insurance information as well as co-pay. Then they do not answer.
