Great service. Fast results

Paid $55 for them to send me a note that said “see a doctor.” Requested a refund and they denied it. If they can’t render me services for whatever reason, give me a refund simple as that. This is a scam. Terrible website full of bot responses. Don’t even think a real doctor took a look at my case.

I was on vacation and realized I left my meds at home. HelixVM arranged a refill at a local pharmacy, it saved my trip.

I have a tooth infection. I knew I needed antibiotics and it was the weekend so I decided to try this service. It was fast and easy, cheaper than going to the hospital. The doctor sent over pain relief medicine, and antibiotic and a mouth wash to the pharmacy of my choosing. I would recommend this service.

My anxiety meds are essential, and missing a dose is rough. HelixVM approved my refill faster than any primary doctor ever has.

I had a great experience with HELIX Medical. The only downside that I had was difficulty navigating on the app and that’s just me. It could just be me, but I got a medication for pain and it actually helped but I would prefer my usual medication. I would love to go back again. I trust that eventually I will figure out how I can have a new appointment, but I’ve been having difficulty getting another appointment.
