Great workers excellent service

Great service on both sides of the move. If I could would give 6 stars. Pick and delivery on time. Easiest move we ever had.

Jason and his crew are the best moving crew I have ever worked with. They are hard working nice people who packed my things with great care. Even at the end of 10 hard hours they were still smiling. I highly recommend them and Helix.

Jason and Fernando were super fast and diligent. They were friendly, professional, and took great care of all my things. Great pricing and available quickly. Would definitely use this service again.

Helix did a great job in moving all our furniture and boxes from Pennsylvania to the suburbs of Boston. They packed the mirrors and paintings and loaded them on to the trucks with extra care. We had two of the 26 footers. Jason, Gabriel, Orlando and Gerson were the four who did all the moving. They did an awesome job and made it look like fun, pulling each others legs! 😊 All the items reached safely. Highly recommend these guys.

This move happened in a panic. I initially scheduled the move to be a much smaller job; I would pack everything myself, then let the movers move everything for me. That didn't happen. I ended up falling down a flight of stairs (beware hard wood and socks), and suddenly needed to adjust. Apparently fractured tailbones make it difficult to take apart Ikea furniture. Helix easily allowed us pivot our plan so that it became a "full service move" instead. Davis and his crew were amazing, and I don't say that lightly. They well and truly went above and beyond for us, and made us comfortable. Considering our non-traditional living situation (polyamorous household with 5 adults) that says a lot. 10/10, 5/5, gold stars all around. Nothing broke, they did the job quickly and efficiently, and I definitely feel it was worth the money. Great guys, and we are VERY happy that we hired them.

Start to finish Helix delivered exactly what I needed! Let me start by saying I had a horrible expedience with another company years ago and when it came time to move items out of storage to my home, I hired helix and was very satisfied with their professionalism and meticulous way they moved every thing in. Fast forward to now needing my next move (with full packing service) and they showed up for me yet again with great overall service. Peter at the helix office helped me with my estimate both times, he has clearly been doing this a long time and he was spot on with exactly how long it would take and the number of movers to send. The day before my move someone called me to check in, see if I had any questions, and tell me exactly what to expect the next day. That morning my lead mover called and told me exactly what time he would be arriving. He walked the property and introduced everyone, asked if I had any questions and explained my insurance options before they got started. He assigned tasks to everyone and they where off to the races putting every thing in my 2500 sq foot 3 story townhome in boxes and on the truck. The guys asked questions as they had them and I felt very comfortable that they where listening to my needs. Overall it was a great experience. Peter even checked on me the day after to see if I was satisfied. If you want to work with movers who are honest with their timing, will answer as many questions as you may possibly have along the way, and value your feedback - this is the place. Jason and Eliu took care of moving and did unloading of the furniture and several boxes of stuff. They worked hard and did absolutely an amazing job with no damages and climbing through the stairs! Glad to have them take care of our move, and highly recommend them.
