Thanks for the 5 star review, Marisugu! We're so happy that our hosting provides everything you need. It looks like you created your account in 2017, so you've been through a lot with us. It was pretty crazy when cPanel revoked all of our licenses, but we did everything we could to keep everyone's websites online even through that unexpected crisis. Thanks for the 5 star review, Techkitty! Yeah, it's sad that one by one all of the free web hosting providers are going away. The main problem in my opinion, is they are all owned by for-profit companies. For instance, 000webhost just shutdown last year after providing free hosting for 17 years. Their parent company, Hostinger, decided to try to convert all of the free users to their paid plans which start at $2 per month. Of course, all of the iFastnet based free hosts still exist, but like your review says "free hosting that doesn't suck" will exclude them all.

Thanks for the 5 star review, दीप प्र‍धान! Yeah, it seems like a lot of free and cheap services don't have any support, and you have to just figure it out yourself. If you can't figure it out then you have to pay for the extremely expensive priority support. We don't even have paid support, so everyone gets the same level of help at the same speed. Over the years we've seen hundreds of small hosting companies and free hosts get bought up, merged, and go out of business because of massive companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. You might even say that these gigantic companies are holding the internet's hosting capabilities "hostage". Not everyone can afford the massive bills from AWS, and you need a team of lawyers to figure out how the pricing works. HelioHost tries to keep things simple, and keep the costs low.
