I ordered a radio for my plane. Their pricing was a couple bucks less than everybody else. But it took two weeks to ship it to me. After a week I emailed them several times and called them. Nobody picked up, and I had to leave a message. Nobody responded. Twelve days in. So I filed for a return and immediately got an AI response apologizing. It took almost three weeks to get the controller. Don't expect any level of customer service from that.

They over charge for shipping. They are making extra money by over charging

I've ordered two helicopters from them and when I go to get parts they don't have them or they say my account doesn't exist. What kind of shit is that? It's one thing that have parts that are never stocked because every time I go to order they're not in stock and the latest ones got to wait till May. Bullshit If you're in a business to do something you should have your stuff together. Because of this worthless company I'm dipping out of this 20-year hobby I have enjoyed pretty much until I run into Helidirect. I do know that the owner is from Korea and I really hate their sales because they can sell a kit for $1,000 without the blades with the blades is $100 they're not saving anybody anything. They're actually trying to trick people into buying shit that should already come in the kit. I've seen helicopters go from $500 and within a few years they're $2,000 and a lot of it is in part to people like tarek the guy from India or where the hell is from just got more money than God and he could buy the top line helicopters Kyle Stacy, Kyle Dahl etc etc Ben stoick. But they don't have to like buy their helicopters because they're given to them. This used to be an enjoyable hobby but now it's just a money pit and aggravating to get any parts so good luck fools spend your money on something more better like your family

I've never ordered anything here before. I decided to order a Spirit full set, but I just wasted two days of my time. Patrick cheated me, and he doesn't even blink. I'm done with them, and I don't even want to think about helidirect.соm anymore.

Paid for 3 day expedited shipping, 5 days ago - items still have not shipped. Customer service tells me paying for expedited shipping doesn't guarantee expedited shipping.

Bought 3 Flywing scale 470 helicopters. The canopy on the Bell 412 is badly out of alignment with the rest of the fuselage. Called and had to push them to agree to exchange. Sent heli back and they sent the same defective one back still badly out of alignment with evidence they tried to unsuccessfully fix. Won't buy from them again

Ordered an item at 9:54am on a Monday. My card was charged by 10:00am that same day. My matchbox sized order sat until Wednesday before it was dropped in an envelope to go out. Now it has went between UPSP DC's for the last 3 days less that 70 miles from where I am located. This is 2 times now with the same scenario. The first time it took over a month to get my order and they just aren't very concerned because they have my money already. I will never buy from them again. Oh and they made an excuse that they had a sale on over the 3 day holiday weekend and had over 1300 orders. So what, it's not my fault you can't handle your business load. Why didn't it have a warning that things might be delayed when I ordered my item? The fastest thing about this company is how fast they get the money from the customer. After that they pretty much don't care how it goes for the customer.
