This is fraud site BeWare!!!!! This is a scam site. All jewelry is found on Temu for between $ 0.98 to $6.00. Nothing is hand crafted!!! Add is on Facebook and Instagram currently and who knows where else. I'm out $$$ Helen's Gems is not legit! No retiring grandma from the Southwest, it is a China Scam!!

The website claimed that the jewelry was handcrafted, but the ones I ordered are all "mass production." I can tell because those qualities are similar to the ones that I bought from Temu.com. The difference is that the ones I purchased from Temu.com are 1/5 of the price I paid to Helen's Gem. The website claimed the jewelry is made in a small studio in Utah, but my shipment came from Hong Kong. It does not make sense to me. I think they are not honest and are probably scams.

Another scam! I recently bought two pieces of jewellery and was greatly disappointed. My multiple trying to return them was unsuccessful, they kept offering to buy instead something else with a good discount which I refused. At the end I contacted PayPal and tried to solve the problem with them but for the first time in my dealings with PayPal, they rejected my case saying that I basically received close to description pieces of jewellery. Which is BS! I am very disappointed and I decided to at least try to help others not to do the same mistake!

My 76-year-old mother ordered a ring from this website, but it never arrived. The tracking status claimed it was delivered, yet when we reached out for help, we were passed between multiple email addresses (including helens-gems.intercom-mail), receiving only vague and unhelpful responses. They repeatedly told us to check with the post office, but there was no actual tracking information to support their claim. The tracking number provided was fake, and the link on their website led to a Chinese-language site that, when translated, had nothing to do with a courier service. This company is clearly running a scam—do not trust them!
