Helen's GemsReviews of helens-gems.com

DO NOT ORDER from here. The velvet bags the jewelry come in are nicer than the jewelry. Absolute junk. Buyer beware

I even asked ahead of time if the jewelry changed colors Within 3 days the gold was turned to silver. Its discoloring my finger. This is not stainless steel or handmade. I’m not paying to send to Poland!!! Says free shipping and you misrepresented the jewelty

Very disappointed. I wanted to support this lady , I brought a few items .The quality is not great . Some of it looks quite cheap .I was so looking forward to receiving them and feel let down .Not what I expected at all .

Horrible quality. Nothing like the pictures. I don’t recommend. I purchased to help out because the AD said they’re closing and I wanted to support. I feel scammed and I wanted to write a review to make sure no one gets scammed like I did. Thanks

The reviews by recent reviewers are right on! This is a fake site that imitates the real Helen's Gems and Jewelry. Here is my response to "Jessy," who purports to represent "Helen's Gems" : Please supply your returns address ASAP. Re: my request to return items: I was very disappointed with the "quality" of these items. I purchased three items: the "black pearl earrings;" "vintage pendant pearls necklace;" and the "elegant earrings with gold beads", for which I paid a total of $82.40. Not only did the actual items NOT match the how they were depicted on the website, I seriously question the contention that these items were "handmade" by the person whose photo you used in the ad on the website! Also, for me to find out that the seat of this business is in Hong Kong via my bank statement: "PURCHASE AUTHORIZED ON 02/24 helens gems HONG KONG HKG S585056039541599" makes me question the truthfulness of your advertising. (I have spent years living in Asia and have been to numerous indoor markets where exactly this low quality is sold for pennies--in cheap packaging labeled "fashion jewelry", as yours is.) I am bit ashamed that I made this purchase--and think that your company likewise should be ashamed for representing these items as supposedly authentic!

Complete AI generated photo of a lovely woman. We put a search in Google for the rings we wanted from her- and SHOCKER they are all from T*mu type shops. This is a regular scam that is happening, especially the darling looking sites that have the full "my story" crap. And of course most are closing down and have an amazing sale. Don't fall for it. It is nowhere near hand made jewelry, it is pure garbage. It is the exact jewelry you get from T*mu. Everyone should be reporting the site on Instagram.

The info supposedly from Helen's Gems with website listed as helens-gems.com takes you to a website showing as helensgems.com with a picture of a beautiful senior woman and beautiful "one of a kind" jewely that is available in many sizes for each item. The items received are nice, not sterling silver, possibly worth the greatly discounted prices BUT SHIPPED FROM HONG KONG and the business name on my credit card statement shows Helen's Gems HONG KONG. Please purchase ONLY from Helen's Gems and Jewelry, NOT Helen's Gems.

Scam. Do not buy! Bad quality and won’t do returns.
