These recent reviews must be fabricated! You robbed me and many others with your long running story about closing your business. Your jewelry is not hand made and it’s cheap!!! None of the pieces look like your photos. Your lie about copycats is shameful. Old white lady selling junk. The authorities should shut you down! Grifters!!!!!!!!!!! It’s been 6 months since I purchased your junk. I called over a hundred times and emailed with little or no response - just computer generated responses. You’re despicable!

She sells things that she buys from TEMU or SHEIN, she is the same as NOLA MELBOURNE AND NOLA MOON. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Purchased a bohemian ring for approximately £24 online and cancelled the transaction within an hour but I didn’t receive an acknowledgment and I was charged. The cancelled order arrived which was no longer required. I contacted Helen’s Gems who were very unhelpful and did not offer a refund. Helen stated on her Facebook advertisement that she had to sell up her business in the Cotswolds. She’s still trading and the business is based in the States! I found the same ring for sale on Amazon for less than £3.00 and ordered it. It arrived much quicker than the ring sent from the States. Do not use this company, they are dishonest and sell excessively overpriced jewellery. I suggest you find what you like on Helen’s website and order it on Amazon.

I have ordered from this store las month for the first time, unfortunately, I haven't received it yet, I got an email that the items arrived to a different address far away from my home. A lthough I sent several emails asking them to solve the issue, the problem hasn't been solved yet!! Don't buy from this store!!!! The customer service is so awful...

This is the second time I received a broken earring from Helen's Gems. There is no excuse for this. I find it hard to believe that Helen is sitting at her kitchen table packing my order. If that is true, Helen needs glasses or doesn't care about her customers.

So fake. They are blocking negative reviews in their social media because they know they are fake.

The quality is absolutely garbage. I ordered three pairs of earings as gifts. Shipping was expensive and the pieces took a very long time to arrive. The quality was so poor that I could not gift them. Avoid at all costs.

I saw this company from the Facebook, checked this Trustpilot for the review and it was above 4 with 100% refund policy. It said the artist lady owner wanted to retire and closing the shop in Utah. I checked the location on google map and it was there, so I ordered items. 3 weeks later, the shipment still hasn't arrived so I've check with CR, the rep said it was coming from overseas and they bundle the shipments. I waited more and finally received items. The quality was no good so requested to return the items only to find out the return address in Poland, meaning I have to do international return. The CR said they also offer 70% refund and keep these items so I said instead of paying the international shipping charges, I will take 70% refund but still the refund was never issued.
