Do not buy from Helen’s gems. They’re a scam. We bought over $200 of jewellery and then received an email saying our order has been cancelled. We asked for a refund and they said they would give it to us and never did. Steer clear from them!!!

The products were not as advertised, the quality was poor and it was overpriced. When I called to try and get a refund I was given a long story about needing to return the products to Poland at my own expense. When I objected I was given an offer of a 30% refund. We kept going back and forth until they agreed to a 70% refund. Many emails were exchanged and each time it was a different name responding. It’s been months and I have not seen a refund. I realize that their tactic is to promise and never deliver. I am going to report this as a fraudulent business to the NY State attorney general.

I would give them even worse rating if I could. This is a scam company. They are promoting silver and gold items, once you order it, piece of cheap junk NOT silver as advertised, arrives from China. Not hand crafted in USA as promoted. Stay away!

Cheap plastic jewellery and if you send the items back you will never receive your refund. Total scam .AVOID !!!!

Unless this is a copycat, I could get something better at Dollar General. No "gems" involved. All but the ear wire is PLASTIC! This is a total scam. DO NOT BUY !!! Disappointed and angry.

Cheap jewellery, fraudulent company.

Don’t be fooled . The pics on internet looked much better than the real products . I have bought from this online jewelry company almost half a year ago. The prices looked good . It claimed to be handcrafted and was closing the business, and included a beautiful paragraph from the ‘Owner’ that impressed me. It gave those buy x get x free sale,… I bought all together 4 with $100 USD but they were worth no more than $15-$20. The jewelry I received was of very bad quality. Not worth the money. No way those could be hand crafted as every piece was like made out of a machine and came out of a mold. They were packed in a bag carelessly and shipped out of a San Francisco Bay Area city but were probably manufactured in Asia, made by cheap labor, very light weight and mostly made of plastics, not metal or stones as said in the ads. No one would ship items like that if they were handcrafted. The ads stopped for a while but I see it recently on social media eg IG . After almost half a year since I bought it’s still in business. The contact for this company is : ‘Get in touch with me using the form below, by email xxx or by phone at +1 (435) 264-9302’ I have seen exactly the same products on different sites under different names. One also claiming to be going out of business . No matter how cheap, it’s not worth the money . Don’t ever buy jewelry online .
