I too bought the sad story as one reviewer wrote. It's truly a con and scam. First of all, after 10 days I wrote and asked for a refund and to no avail I couldn't get a response. Tried going thru PayPal to get a refund but they held PayPal off until they could get the merchandise from AliExpress and get a shipping number which is shipped from China and not Utha. I actually found the items I ordered on their site for $3. which was $40 on Helen's Gems website. I complained to PayPal about the site being a scam but couldn't get them to do anything because they had finally given a tracking number. Now that I have the product that I'm trying to return which took 3 1/2 weeks from order date to receiving items, they won't answer my email for a return address and won't answer the phone, all you get is an answering machine and they will not call you back. Consumer PLEASE BEAWARE! There is also a website called Amelia's Jewlery with the same sad story different white women's face and exact same jewelry. Nothing hand crafted about this junk. Just think how much money these people are making off of the consumers buying from AliExpress for $3 and charging between $30 to $40 per item to us. Research all companies or websites from here on before purchasing anything. I wouldn't be so upset if you didn't advertise as hand crafted you are allowed to sell and make a profit, but You are just a low life and deceiving. This will catch up with you.

Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased goods.. Should have known, it was too good to be true Trying to return, as quality extremely poor, I could do better blindfold 😅 The company want me to buy again with 50% off No chance…. Will be reporting to my bank

SCAM: Rings arrived and although they are quite nice it is clearly obvious they are from Chinese website. Not only are they that quality, obviously not handmade, but it has ali express on the packaging with postage from Hong Kong. You can still buy the rings if you want but for approx $5!!!

Scam, Scam and scam. Ordered four products. One bracelet with pearl and gold. Fake plastic with gold metal child's size. One pearl ring. Fake pearl and fake metal ring. One green glass ring with fake silver and one other fake metal ring with glass. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE ALL ITEMS CAN BE PURCHASED ON ALIEXPRESS OR TEMU. Appalled at the fact these people are hiding behind an elderly lady's photo to sell junk.

This is a scam website. They sent plastic, costume-like jewelry to me. This is an absolute scam. Do not order from them.

Disappointed in every way! I am very disappointed with my order. The delivery time was extremely poor and misleading. Said 7 business days and took a month to arrive. Poor, poor quality! One necklace was broken, the other items are so tacky and not the quality expected for the price.

Scam - substandard products from China

I was pleasantly surprised to actually receive a parcel with the items I ordered, as something seemed phishy about the follow up email once the purchase went through. I then received tracking information indicating the item was coming from China, another red flag since they are supposed to be handmade pieces from Utah. At least I received the items I purchased, however they are NO WHERE near the quality indicated in the photos on the website. So please be aware, if you are looking for high quality handmade jewellery as the site indicates, it is a SCAM. However, if you are happy to pay the indicated prices for some cheap pieces of jewellery then by all means, spend your money.
