Ordered an opal ring - after 3 weeks got an awful fake blue shell ring - little old white haired lady is a scam

Cheap Chinese crap. There is NOTHING handmade about this rubbish. Absolute scam. Under no circumstances should you buy from this site. Tried contacting them for a refund and will be charged more for returning the items than I paid, or I can 50%off more of their junk.

Do not buy anything from this store. They market cheap plastic jewelry from China as if it were handmade. The items I received looked so cheap I wouldn’t even give them to children. They arrived in plastic bags labeled “Made in China,” and each piece is probably worth no more than two or three dollars.

Slow shipsping so gift too late for Christmas . Return policy not as stated. Only refunded $17 on a $59 purchase. Didn’t love the quality

SCAM SCAM SCAM There is another company under this name and that is probably the one getting good reviews. However the one with the gray haired woman is a HUGE SCAM. Jewellery is awful and worse than sold in $2 shop. Earrings don’t even close as the back doesn’t meet the hook. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE GRAY HAIRED LADY CLOSING DOWN SHOP.

Scammers for sure. Ordered dec 16, 2024 and are still waiting for delivery. Contacted this company many many times to ascertain status of my order and received only a few emails with status of ‘in Transit’. Received email today stating order delivered Jan 6, 2025 to Australia. What a joke - i live in Louisiana in the US!!!! Of course my payment has already been processed. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Steer clear of this company it’s a complete scam ! I received my order and it is not at all the unique piece handcrafted in Utah as shown on the website. It’s a machine made generic piece of jewellery which was posted out from China - not Silver as but a cheap metal . When I tried to get a refund customer services refused to send me a return address instead offering me more cheap jewellery for half the price !! When I said I would report them to the Report Fraud Bureau they stopped answering my emails. It’s a scam, people - Helen does not exist and is certainly not handcrafting jewellery in Utah. These are professional scammers from China. Save yourselves some money.
