Total scam - don't be fooled by the website which is bogus - Helen does not exist - it is a cheap chinese company - ripping people off - poor quality you could not give away.

I ordered because I felt sorry for the old lady and the closing down sale. And the jewelry looked nice. But what arrived was not made in Utah in her workshop but says even on it “made in Korea”. Not even silver is pronounced correctly. Very cheap. Not worth a dollar. So they took my money and sent me super cheap stuff instead. Don’t fall for it!!

I have purchased from Helen’s gem based in Utah supposedly but it is a total scam. I have not received any tracking information and they just respond that it is in transit.

Not made by a real jeweler but cheap manufactured junk not made by a lovely woman in Utah but cheaply manufactured and one earring finding broke right away. Pot metal not sterling silver. Came from an address for a wholesale distribution warehouse in Vernon, CA.

do not buy. throwing away money. I ordered one item and the crap that arrived was like something out of a fair ground machine, absolute tat not the gold necklace I paid for. I complained but their returns policy is to pay them another $50 to return it or to pay for further crap on the site. This is NOT a closing down sale just a clever scam. The bank is unsupportive because their returns policy is on their website! It was supposed to be a present for my daughter for Xmas :(

Scam - not what I ordered; cheap and fake.

Unfortunately, the ring I ordered was too big for my finger. After numerous emails asking for a return address still nothing has been provided. I’ve had many emails telling me the cost of returns are too high with offered of a refund discount. After emails going backwards and forwards I still haven’t received anything. I believe I probably won’t and I’ve no idea where they are based. Please be careful when ordering as it will take quite a while to get to you and there is no way of getting a refund if there is something wrong or you do not like what you have paid for.
