Wrong item sent, non sensible excuses made, unresponsive, taken 3weeks to date to get a refund or replacement. Still chasing!

Biggest SCAM EVER don't buy anything from her, him what ever they are. Plastic kids jewellery that's all it. So called photos and items are nothing alike. And the postage time you had to wait for your item was ridiculous. Advertising natural pearls and what you get is grey plastic jewellery and when you ask for a refund or exchange for the right item you just get a big story about how much it will be to return or replace them. Even offered discount to me if i brought another item 50 % off ha ha ha what a joke, why would i buy more from them. Biggest scam ever.

Jewellery is rubbish! Ordered items 27th December. Delivered 17th January 2025. As other reviews here say. Items are very poor quality and do not appear like the items advertised on their Facebook page. Comments about the lady who has the company which she is closing are lies. Packaging is cheap plastic bags, as someone else has said, items are more suitable for a Christmas cracker and not the gifts I had hoped for. Have asked for a refund but don’t hold out much hope!

FRAUD! Due to the reports of fraud on this site they have changed the name to MARY"S GEMS- exact same site. Please report this. The positive reviews are FAKE. Junk jewelry. Charges 50$ for returns. Worst SCAM for jewelry.

Qualität unter aller Würde!!!!!! Spielzeugringe für Puppen von kleinen Mädchen sehen deutlich wertvoller aus. Mit Handanfertigung überhaupt nichts zu tun!!!!!! Finger weg von diesem Schmuck!!!!! Außerdem wurden Ohrringe im kaputten Zustand geliefert!!!!

This website is a scam. It presents the image of being run by an older woman selling handmade jewelry as a closing down sale, but what you actually receive is a cheap plastic version shipped from Hong Kong. The items are poor quality, look like they came from a discount store, and are nothing like what’s shown on the site. Be cautious and avoid purchasing! Please check the positive reviews as these are fake and used to counteract the negative so they deceive more people.

Still waiting for an order paid for on 15/12/25. Asked for money back to receive a response saying ´thank you for your patience’. Other reviews say stuff has arrived but is cheap plastic from China. This is a SCAM As is Mary’s Gems . Same photos of nonexistent jewelry . Same back story of closing down sale after years of trading (website created on 29/10/24 !) and similar marketing strategy. These people are thieves.

They took so much money n charged me on 18th dec 2024 .. but on 14th 2025 .. almost a month and got the report that items delivered successfully but i did not got at all How on earth the IMILE.Com dare to put the parcel in my small mail box which is the item not even fit inside the mail box .. without informing me before ..really schamp
