The site is a scam. The picture of “Helen” being an older woman who hand makes her jewelry in Utah is an AI generated image. She’s not real. Shipping from Utah is a lie. Package took forever and tracking showed it going through customs in Los Angeles. If shipping within the US, it would not go through customs. The jewelry is cheap, plastic crap wrapped in commercial plastic. It’s not handmade, it’s mass produced cheap jewelry. I was disappointed I fell for this. Jewelry went right into the garbage as I am not risking my skin turning black or green and I know I won’t get my money back. DO NOT BUY. You can get cheap fake jewelry off Amazon for cheaper. It will be the same thing anyway.

I bought a necklace « with natural pearl ». After nearly 1 month waiting, I received the item and was completely shocked. It’s totally in plastic instead of pearls. When I placed m my order, the website says the owner based in Cambodia and all the items are made in her atelier, actually while I tracked the parcel, it was sent from China. The weird thing is now the origin of the shop is Utah. I sent an email to ask for the refund, the reply is the returning fee is 50$ (the necklace costs 30$), and meanwhile I was offered 50% discount to buy a second item to make up my lost. What a joke! This website is completely a scam. Be aware! Just wondering the Shopify (this e-shop built based on Shopify)doesn’t control at all?!

It is a scam. I managed to email them about the return address and have one right now. I am not sure if it is a good idea to spend more money to return it because I am not sure if they will fully refund me or find more excuses to partially refund. Has anyone returned the purchased items and got their refund?

I ordered a bracelet. It is a cheap junk which you could buy in a $2 Shop or a Fairground. It is certainly NOT as described. The piece of “opal” s a bendable plastic. It is cheap and nasty. The promised elegance elusive. The Items are not made in Utah as advertised. This is a case of false advertising!! The bracelet is NOT as described & advertised on Facebook. Helen’s Germs are purposefully deceiving potential buyers with super fluted spiel about quality & where the items are made. They are fraudsters, stay clear.! I complained to Ellaine & Jesse & asked for a refund I was told by Jesse that I could keep that fake “Opal & Gold” junk & receive 50% of another item of my choice. I certainly do not wish to order another inferior quality cheap junk & be conned again. This is an utter rip off. Needless to say, the Helen’s Gem sare refusing to give me a refund & since the last correspondence remain silent.
