Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The bracelet I ordered was too large and instead of the hassle of returning the item the company let me choose a replacement at no cost. This very generous offer was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

Well worth the wait
The pieces I ordered took a little while to arrive which was causing me some concern, but Helens Gems replied to my questions. If I had been informed about the wait time I would not have worried. When the ring and bracelet arrived I was blown away. They were just amazing, and well worth the wait. Coupled with the tremendous reductions it was a truly great purchase. I shall probably have another look at the items available as it is so beautifully made.
