The ring I purchased is rubbish ...it looked beautiful when I first received it 3weeks ago..after wearing it 4/5 times the 'silver 'has started to wear off!!!!And seams are appearing in a couple if places obviously where it's been joined ..just crap....so annoyed

I am a bit suspicious, and even more so after reading reviews most of then negative. I placed an order 3 weeks ago but still not received my order. I mailed the sp cold company saying I was a bit concerned because of the reviews. Someone by the name of Elaine mailed back assuring me it was legitimate company. I have sent another email asking when my order was reaching me. No reply. So I'm beginning to believe the negative reviews. Lesson learned . Buy from company you know. This feels like a scam!!!!

Please do not use this company!!!! I purchased a lovely ring- very pleased with it so I ordered a pair of earrings expecting the same experience. Disaster- one of the earrings arrived damaged and were of a really nasty quality. They were made in China- not handmade in Utah at all!! I asked for a refund and of course they won’t do it. Offered me 30% discount on purchases. Which of course I don’t want and I’m certainly not going to spend $50 on returning them BEWARE this is not a legitimate business trading from Utah

I got scammed - I never got the goods.

I thought I was ordering jewelry from a sweet little old lady in Utah. I was wrong. The minute I placed the order, it said it would take 5-13 business days and was given a non-US tracking number. I immediately emailed HELENSGEMS asking to cancel the order as I knew this wasn’t going to be legit jewelry. They said it was too late to cancel. What I received was worse. The jewelry was made out of plastic. There was no gems. Just fake and plastic and children’s play pieces. I asked for a refund, and they gave me a discount code or an option to return for $50 bucks to Poland. Not Utah. I’m not spending 50 bucks to return $0.50 cents of plastic. Do not trust the 5 star reviews as they are from the scammers.

Placed an order through the official site linked through Facebook. Got utterly suckered in by the image of the sweet old lady and the blurb about how much her business and clients have meant to her… Waited and waited for my order to be shipped from the US (allegedly) to Hong Kong. Missed Christmas and when it finally arrived the Jewellary was in plastic bags - NO boxes! How ludicrous! Who would ship things across the world without adequate packaging?! Not someone that lovingly created these items for sure! I complained and asked for a refund and had a similar experience as the person below… it will be $50 to return why don’t you buy MORE items at 50% off the already discounted rate… I reluctantly agreed. That was over three weeks ago and nothing! I’ve chased and they said they needed my phone number (this is my second order - they have my number!)… they are now ghosting me. SCAM.

This is a scam, items are not handmade in USA, but factory made cheap items shipped from China. Same exact items sold on Temu for under $3.

So I fell for it, and unfortunately did not read reviews until after I paid for it. This is the first and only time I have bought something through Instagram, it was a Chirstmas gift effort and I am so disappointed I was taken advantage of. I realized afterwards that the picture of "Helen" is an AI generated image. The toy/fake jewelry arrived two weeks later, from Hangzhou. I am in Canada. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and thought I couldn't be that bad... I was happy it showed up after all, but upon seeing it I felt so sad. This is all plastic, must have cost 2 cents to make in a factory paying people minimum wage to make it... terrible. Nothing is hand made, Helen is not real, the jewelry is not real, the advertisements are not real. And the necklace I ordered was the wrong one. I have taken it up with them multiple times in emails to request a full refund. At first they kept sending me options to keep it and buy more for 50% off... right. Eventually between two separate email threads I got a return mailing address in California. I was again skeptical and called them out - here is the info from the email I pasted below.
