I purchased three items from this company. One of the items was damaged when it arrived. I contacted them and it has taken them well over 6weeks to bother to contact me with a reply re my refund. It now seems after I sent them pictures of the item etc I have to send it back at my expense. Their customer service is appalling and I will never purchase anything from them again.

DO NOT buy anything from this site. The pieces are literally cheap rubbish of the cheapest possible variety. When I asked to return them I was offered 70% off and to keep the items. They are not worth anywhere near the 30% I paid for them. Total rubbish. Nothing like the pictures. Sadly straight in to landfill. Do not waste your money!

Actually I feel completely hood winked by this business! I fell for the story of the owner giving up & retiring! I felt sorry for her ! I know how hard it is to make money working for yourself like that! I am deeply suspicious about the story! I thought I was buying up remaining stock items.....the order took so long to come - they were clearly be sourced for the order. Really dreadful quality - don't look anything like the pics! Sadly landfill! £100 poorly spent! Beware people!

Just received the jewelry. Not at all like the photos. Very cheaply made, and one of the stones isn’t even a stone (it’s plastic?). I will not buy from here again and won’t return because I don’t want to pay more money.

Cheap and nothing like the photos. I should have known they were bad when I looked closer and saw how AI the picture of "Helen" was. Like the other person, I am not going to return them but I will warn others not to order from here. Too bad.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ! This is a fake with a fake website, although its quite well done ! Somebody is making money with this because it takes a while for people to realise that this is a sham! The material has no resemblance to the photos and promises and is cheaply made in probably China or wherever, shipped over from Hongkong, without order proof and receipt or anything else, for example a warmhearted little letter from that lady with 25 years of experience would certainly write! And certainly NO SILVER in any of its parts. The positive reviews are also certainly put in to overwrite what's really going on! I actually had to laugh out loud, there they are, making a big effort of faking a lovely website, a shop with great photos and super sales due to shop closing and so many fall for it… including me! Unfortunate times we live in, all this faking and stealing and manipulating of people who just wanted to get something nice ! In my case, to send this ring as a birthday present but it is SO CHEAPLY made that I feel embarrassed about it, because I DO HAVE respect, empathy and real interest for others. So, no more online shopping for me :-)

Unfortunately I do not like the pieces at all, I was certainly expecting real like pieces made in Utah but what I received was very ugly almost orange colored pieces that look so cheap! I’d have better luck going to get a 16.99 ring or earnings from TJMaxx!! So disappointing, my 4 pieces were $100 and not a single one would I ever wear, not even going to try to return as I will have to pay to return overseas!!

There is no Helen There is no shop in Utah The jewellery is not handcrafted ... But comes from a factory in China (I think) The quality is RUBBISH THIS IS A SCAM
