Junk! Earrings were “ok” but neither ring was as described and were pretty much waaaaay overpriced for what they are. Definite fraud and will be reported as such.

Did not arrive? Not our problem. Went back and forth with Helen's Gems over an order supposedly delivered. They finally sent confirmation photos from the carrier showing someone else's front door, not mine. However, that's all they would do. They say that once it leaves their facility the package the responsibility of the carrier, and any issues have to be handled by the client, w/the carrier. Buyer Beware. Update: The shipping company, GoFo Express, responded by providing the same confirmation photos.....of someone else's front door. Despite emailing them repeatedly, and providing a photo of my door to show the delivery went to the wrong place, they have refused to respond further.

SCAM, SHAM, NOT IN US! Good thing it's closing down because you should be shut down! Ordered what I thought were beautiful items and still do not have them! So disappointed and dismayed! Just wish I had trusted my gut! This AI s*&t is getting the best of us! Watch your back!

This company is a scam!! Do not order from them. They charged my credit card and did not provide a receipt and will not respond to emails or calls. Call your attorney general to report.

The gems on the necklace were actually made with plastics. The quality of the Jewelries is far from handmade artwork. I requested to return the products according to the 30 days guaranteed policy, but I couldn't get the address for the "atelier" in the US despite the several tries with e-mails, agreeing to pay the postage to the US. They offered the 30%discount code for more purchase (no way!) then 30% refund with keeping the products, which I don't want. It was the only way to settle with a partial (50%) refund. (I didn't waste any more time) Truly nothing but regret to purchasing from this website. It was a total waste of money, even 50%. They are cheap mass-produced, low-quality products. And an unpleasant odour came out when I opened the package. By the way, I think the two excellent reviews at the top of this page are written by someone from the shop. The names seemingly Japanese but not really right..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE - IT IS A SCAM I have found 2 websites with exactly the same content, just a different "sweet older lady" in the photo. (SEE "MARYS GEMS" ALSO) The "About Me" content is identical (apart from the photo and fake location) Both are now in "Closure sale" so the jewellery is hugely reduced - but - this could be one of hundreds of stores scamming Australians. I ordered some pieces from "Helens Gems" as the photos look lovely. I received some jewellery but it was VERY cheap, fake Aliexpress USD1.00 jewellery.

My order arrived with two missing items! I’ve emailed them and left multiple messages, but I haven’t received a response. The items I did receive look quite different from the pictures—while they’re acceptable, I wouldn’t have purchased them if I had seen them in a store. I do not recommend buying from this company!

If these items are handmade, how is it identical items are selling on Temu? This site is a scam.
