It’s been over two weeks and I’m still waiting for my delivery. I have emailed numerous times and they refuse to tell me where the order is originating from and what the exact delivery date is. Highly suspicious company.

With very cheap materials the ‘discount’ prices are pure theft. There is no quality in these tin jewels which are photographed in such a way they look like precious The materials are fake and of course you cannot return and be refunded, only to get more in half price!!!

Complete Scam: False Advertising and Terrible Products Fraudulent 'Handmade' Claims and Misleading Business Tactics I am writing this review to warn potential customers about the utterly unacceptable experience I had with this company. I placed order number 120377 and received products that were a complete and utter disgrace. First and foremost, the products were advertised as 'handmade.' What I received was clearly mass-produced, low-quality junk, undoubtedly manufactured in China. This is a blatant lie and a direct contradiction to their advertised claims. Furthermore, their business practices are incredibly misleading. They present themselves as a US-based company, but evidence points to the contrary. The 'store closing' sale appears to be a cheap tactic to pressure customers into buying falsely advertised products. The product quality was so far removed from what was advertised that it constitutes a clear breach of contract. The shipping was excessively delayed, and the tracking system seemed designed to hide the true origin of the items, further solidifying my suspicions of misrepresentation. These are not minor discrepancies; they are acts of false advertising and misrepresentation, serious violations of consumer protection laws. I have demanded a full refund, including shipping costs, and will pursue legal action, including filing complaints with the FTC and BBB, if my demand is not met within 2 business days. In short, this company engages in deceptive practices, sells inferior products, and cannot be trusted. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them entirely.

I thought I was going to get some beautiful jewellery hand crafted. Delivery took over 3 weeks which made me suspicious. The rings I ordered looked stunning when they arrived and fitted well. However after a few weeks they discoloured and chipped. As someone who used to be a buyer for jewellery predominantly from China, I can say the jewellery from Helen’s gems are more than likely from a market in China!

If I could give no stars I would. I was completely scammed by this website. It is not a lady named Helen selling off her last items. The items are shipped from China and they arrive cheap, in plastic and not even close to worth what they are being sold for. I'm copying another review from below that has it spot on... 1) This operation is from China, not Utah 2) Says handmade, it's not. Check for yourself. Similar in bulk jewelry can be found on Alibaba for pennies. 3)Customer service lies and strings you along, and will not refund your money. 4)Shipping takes over two months and you receive garbage. 5) Call you credit companies and report this as fraud. They shouldn't be allowed to use Mastercard/Visa/Amex etc., if they are a fraud organization. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Total scam. Please don’t listen to the positive reviews. Helen is not a real person! She’s not selling off her last items. What you will receive is tat! Rubbish. Poor fitting and you can get better from a Xmas cracker! You can’t get a refund without costly returns charges of £50. Chinese tat…..please don’t buy from here.

It’s a scam don’t buy anything. Goods are shipped from HK and when you ask for a refund it costs $50. The products are terrible quality and not hand made. The whole website is a lie and I can’t believe I’ve been drawn in. First time it’s happened to me always been so careful!

The returns process was painful and they didn't do a full refund even after proof of tracked postage was sent. Went to my bank and got the money back via a chargeback on my credit card.
