It was clean but….
It was clean but the appointment I booked online said the pedicure should be an hour. It was done in 30 minutes with barely any massage. I was done with a mani pedi in 45 minutes. The nail tech was friendly and really took her time to clean up cuticle. However, they really need to remove their masks if they are trying to tell you something about pricing or changing the services booked. There was a big miscommunication because I couldn't hear everything being said to me with the mask on and an Airpod in one ear and was surprised when I was given my total. She did reduce the total because I couldn’t hear her well and didn’t know I was given a higher end mani pedi. The job she did was great and the nails look fabulous but I was very disappointed with the services not being exactly what they are advertised as.
