Couldn’t believe the great price we got…
Couldn’t believe the great price we got on two accent chairs! They were hundreds below other websites and $1200 less than our local furniture store. Arrived quickly, the freight company called us and set up an appointment for delivery, it all went very smoothly. Thanks Hedgeapple!

HedgeApple was fantastic and my heavy table arrived in perfect condition.
My Four Hands coffee table was on sale with no tax and no delivery charge. The table was packed extremely well and so there was no shipping damage. I received regular updates on the shipping and delivery. HedgeApple was fantastic to work with!

Bad Delivery
The local delivery partner, Metropolitan Delivery Services, was terrible to work with. They had poor customer service and poor scheduling which delayed delivery by nearly 3 weeks.
Response from HedgeappleSep 6, 2023
Hello Thomas, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. From our notes, we show that you had requested us to change the ship-to address on your order after the order already had been picked up and shipped out. This can cause delays with transit times while the carrier makes the necessary adjustments to ensure your request is fulfilled. I'm very sorry our carrier didn't meet your expectations, I will contact Metropolitan and will review the communications that took place for scheduling the delivery as well. - The HedgeApple Team

I ordered an occasional chair, it came quickly and I absolutely love it! It's well constructed, yet was very affordable.

I ended up not keeping the piece…
I ended up not keeping the piece because it did not fit in my room, but HedgeApple was great. Quick service on both ends of the transaction. There is a small restocking fee which I knew about beforehand

Good service when product not available.
The company was not able to get my product. But at least you notified me and refunded my money within 24 hours.

Don’t Bother Ordering. It’s Out of Stock.
I’ve ordered this from HedgeApple twice with the same ridiculous result. Out of Stock. This time I get a email that the item is back in stock, order it immediately and find out immediately that it is out of stock. Both times they offer to keep my money for approximately a year. ABSURD. Are they just collecting credit card numbers?
Response from HedgeappleAug 24, 2023
Good Morning, I'm so sorry for the frustration with regards to the back-ordered Safavieh rugs you've ordered. I know it can be extremely frustrating when items show available and then end up being out of stock. I'm showing at the time of your order we were advertising one piece left in stock and Safavieh let us know after they went to pick your order that the remaining stock was unavailable. We rely on our suppliers to give us accurate stock information and will continue to do our best to report accurate information to avoid frustration. Thank you, The HedgeApple Team
