Did not ship as stated in confirmation…
Did not ship as stated in confirmation email. Called twice regarding shipping and was told it still had not shipped. Cancelled order.

Hi Todd, I'm very sorry for your experience and the frustration regarding the delayed shipment of your Meva - Tigard Console Table. When the order was originally placed, our manufacturer did not process the order in the manner that they should have which caused the initial delays. My team was working with them to get this corrected and had escalated the issue to upper management at Meva so it wouldn't happen again. I know how frustrating a situation like this is and I truly apologize as it reflects poorly on us and that's never our intention. Shipping was supposed to be 7 to 10…
Shipping was supposed to be 7 to 10 business days, unfortunately this is going to take up to close to a month. I would have probably purchased this couch from another supplier or found something else if I would not have been so mislead. Hopefully the wait is worth it.

It looks like at the time of the order, the expected ship-by date was 11/08 and the estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Your order was picked up yesterday by our carrier, and per the carrier it is expected to be delivered the week of 11/20. Bad Delivery
The local delivery partner, Metropolitan Delivery Services, was terrible to work with. They had poor customer service and poor scheduling which delayed delivery by nearly 3 weeks.

From our notes, we show that you had requested us to change the ship-to address on your order after the order already had been picked up and shipped out. This can cause delays with transit times while the carrier makes the necessary adjustments to ensure your request is fulfilled. Poor and long return process
Sent wrong product and trying to return product took 3 days to get a response on what to do. Customer service should be able to have things returned without waiting 3 days for a warehouse to decide if they will take back an item that wasn't what I ordered. While they didn't want it sent back and did refund me, after 3 days, I wasn't impressed plus I'm stuck with a lamp I didn't want and have no intention of using. Not ideal.
