I gave you one because the merchandise…
I gave you one because the merchandise came to me broke. You did not want to resolve this matter when we were speaking on the phone which I had the product less than two minutes from the time the mailman dropped it off to the time I called you. You can check on that so I will keep the little fox and every time I see him with the broken ear it will remind me to never buy from your company again thank you and have a good day.

After looking into your order, I reviewed the conversation you had with our customer service team. We requested photos of both the damaged statue and the packaging so we could process a replacement, and at the time we were waiting to receive those images before we could move forward. On the call, you agreed to send the photos over and that's where the claim has left off. Because we never received them, the replacement process wasn't able to continue—but your claim was never denied. If you're still willing to send those photos, we'd be happy to pick up where we left off and work toward getting this resolved for you.
