Slow Shipping Experience
The item took weeks to ship, initial shipping lead time was inaccurate and the item took an additional two weeks to ship.

Wasn’t expecting hollow plastic
Wasn’t expecting hollow plastic. Thought there would be som weight to it so it doesn’t just fly away in the wind.

Thank you for your feedback and we genuinely appreciate your business. It seems you were expecting a heavier training tool and perhaps you're using the HECOstix in windy environments (which is so much fun). The beauty of wind and other elements, that are out of our control, is the conditions can increase or decrease the difficulty of training for all participants! HECOstix are advertised weighing 7oz on our website and the reason we chose that weight, was so the products could be used by a wide range of consumers effectively while also keeping safety in mind. Thank you again for your support and have a great Holiday Season!

It’s a neat concept in theory- but it is more difficult to execute in real life. I think playing catch can be equally as effective.

Thank you for your feedback, we genuinely appreciate it. As with any new product or tool, it's important start slow. Training with HECOstix can be as easy or as difficult as the users make it. Start with tossing the HECOstix like a bean bag (underhand from the center), with no rotation and gradually progress to incorporating rotation. The goal is to catch the color called and if the rotation is too fast, it will be very challenging even for the most experienced HECOstix user. We hope this helps improve your experience and perhaps you can revisit your review after adjusting the difficulty of the training.
