Thank you for your feedback. Was there a problem with your order specifically? The "Value Play" HECOstix are discounted 50% off the regular price because, although they're brand new, they may have minor cosmetic blemishes that don't impact the performance of the product itself. We have never received a review of this kind so it would be helpful to understand exactly what the issue was.

Thank you for providing feedback regarding your order. Because standard international shipping was selected during checkout, the length of time for delivery may take longer than expected. We have options available on our website that will get international shipments delivered within 3-5 business days, but they are more expensive. The cost of HECOstix has remained the same since 2019, but shipping and customs charges on international orders varies depending on shipping location, that is out of our control.
