I ordered a patch. One week after no emails from them I emailed them asking if they shipped my item. That was two weeks ago. I wouldn't order from this company again if they kissed the tip.

Ordered two magazines, paid extra for fast shipping. It's been over 20 days and no word from the company. Sent an email to support but have yet to hear back. Do not buy from this company, they just take your money.

I finally got my KS2 first wave on June 22 2026. Well it came with broken items. I contacted them on the various ways they say to do it over time and this is what I get at the end: Joseph Kelsey 2 days ago You Replies I highly doubt that they will replace the card. I have 2 broken coin cases and they told me: Reply: Joseph is complaining that the individual cases that his KS coins arrived in came cracked, providing photos. Sarah and I looked into it and established that we do not view those cases as replacements since they are meant to protect the product (coin) from damage and are not the product themselves. We at HM are forever aware that the state and condition of packaging is often seen as part of the product to our hardcore collector base and we look to make concessions where possible with that in mind. Currently, we do not intend to replace any cracked cases like this. We know that's not what you want to hear but that's the state of this matter. We do try to accommodate on other matters when we can. Also when you ask them questions and would like some accountability of what they do and say they willingly delete comments. Doesn't matter what was in it it got deleted. They censor people that question them with all this kickstarter fiasco and lable you as a dissenters. And then still don't answer your questions which many are the same questions that 100's of others are asking also.

ive been waiting for my order to be shipped for almost 3 weeks now. they claim to have been having warehouse issues, all the issues i purchased were in stock. christian who has been replying to my emails is extremely condisending. i want my order, and to support the magazine but they are only interested in taking your money.

A lot of negative reviews here, seems to be of the "old" Heavy Metal. The magazine went through a major relaunch early 2025 after being effectively defunkt. Having purchased the first two copies of the "new" magazine (vol. 1 and 2) Im very impressed. Shipping here to Denmark was not a problem at all, and the magazine quickly answered an Email I sent, about the shipping. As for content. I've read the magazine on and off since the late 80's up to about 2020.. The new launch have gone back to its roots. Well over 200 pages of wild, adult SciFi/Fantasy and horror stories. Artwork, articles etc. I really, really love this return to form from Heavy Metal. Highly recommend.

They took My Money!! Since 2/21/2020. And I never received my order! they kept sending emails is on the way!! But never got it!! (The Ranx Collection)

Quite simply, I just got half of my order. Of course I payed the full order in advance. I've sent a few emails wondering about the missing items and never got an answer.

Fantastic product , was told about this by a friend who gave me a couple to try, I was amazed how well I slept no achy joints waking me up every hour, ordered my own from the very helpful reliable & friendly company wish I had know about this product years ago
