This company is on top of everything. I realized that when I reordered my sunglasses, my prescription didn’t transfer. Before I could log back in I received a phone call to get the information entered. They also got it sent out and delivered faster than expected.

I will be the first to state I'm not an easy customer to please. I've been the victim of too many companies who are dishonest, so my BS detector is through the roof as a result. So I ask that you trust me when I say I have found HeavyGlare to be trustworthy and that Grant came through for me, over and beyond, what anyone might expect from any company. He even shipped overnight to me, didn't charge me extra, and wrote back to me when the offices were closed, when the lab was taking longer than expected. So, that's pretty amazing in my books. So, I will tell you that you can trust this outfit. I bought Rudy Project prescription glasses with high contrast lenses and mirror coating that was custom. I just received them and they are to order.
