Really great customer service. Product did take a while to be built and delivered, but the communication throughout was great and I'm delighted with the Heatbit now it's in my study!

The customer support is always there when you need them. That's rare. I recommend any of the products Heatbit offers. My heatbit trio saves me money on my heating bill every year. It mines Bitcoin. I call it my money printer. The higher Bitcoin goes up, the more money it prints. Very happy with it.

I purchased 2 of the original Heatbit heaters back in 2021. I now own 4 Heatbit Trios and they perform great. They have allowed me to stop using my oil furnace and the electricity they use is less than what I would pay for oil, not to mention the Bitcoin I've earned. Additionally, the people at Heatbit are fantastic. They allowed me to exchange my original heaters for the new and improved Trios and they have always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I've had over the years. Great product, great people - you can't ask for more!

I purchased my Heatbit early on and while it took a while to receive it the company was great at responding to my update requests. Once I received the unit it was so easy to plug in and get set up that I was blown away. I have the unit in plain view in my home and no one has questioned that it is anything other than a heater or air purifier.

I like this devices, I ordered 3 and 2 of them I put in my sailboat instead dehumidifier. They keep warm and dry inside the boat and make money which cover part of mooring. One I use in my bed room and keep my room warm all time. Consume around 460W and after 2024 halving of Bitcoin price of 100k make around 40% of all. I Shure the price of Bitcoin will go soon very high and will start to make again 100% and more. The idea is very good and is perfect for PNW where can use almost 10 months

The company has fulfilled everything they promised to me and I am happy. Even though the first units that were made were delayed , I am very happy I was compensated and received all of my units. I own 3 heatbit trios and can say they are very well built and provide excellent filtration and a nice bonus on heating id otherwise be doing with my furnace. The company is very responsive and reliable.

1) It's not a scam; 2) The new Heatbit Trio units work and mine Sats every 20 minutes; 3) Heatbit customer service is world-class as far as communication is concerned; Anything that was promised to me was eventually delivered and performed. Yes, there was a long waiting period, however, the supply chain issues are out of their control.
