I am a beta tester. I broke my trio unit twice over the past 2 years. Heatbit repaired my unit the first year, free of charge. The next time I sent it in, they gave me a brand new unit. I have mined enough BTC in the last 2 years to almost the cover the cost of my unit. THANKS FOR SAT STACKING and keeping my camper warm all winter!!

Had issues with one of my heatbit trios, support team was quick to respond and help fix the issue. Had the machine back within a week or so after repair work. Even with myself being based in another country on the other side of the planet.. great job guys, well done.

I love my Heatbit and the ability to purchase new filters came at just thr right time!

When restarting my Heatbit after the summer it wasn't able to connect it the wifi. I couldn't find how to reconnect so messaged the support. They reacted within a few minutes with the correct solution (unplugging power cord).

Easy to set up, nice App, no technical knowledge required. Even looks good in my apartment. Waited 18 months but worth it!

The heatbit is a solid space heater with the added benefit of mining bitcoin. It works great for warming up my basement office. I also appreciate the air quality monitoring and being able to control the heater via the app. It will not make one rich but it's just another way to stack stats!

It's nice to know that while I'm Heating my house it's also actually doing something LOL
