Great customer care thank you fast shipping

I ordered a 36 inch electric fireplace. They said one to two weeks to ship. I received it in exactly two weeks from ordering date. It works great with or without heat and really so beautiful to just look at. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase one.

Great company to deal with! Product arrived damaged but they immediately responded and shipped a replacement without hesitation. Definitely recommend for service and price!

Solo products are quality products. Shipping was fast. Easy to order and nice selection of products. Love our solo bonfire. Taking it camping for the first time this weekend.
