Hearth is great at emailing you back when there is a problem. We have suggested improvements and they have actually did them. They are great at updating and improving, always adding and making the Display better. Quick responses with technical support. The Display meets alot of our needs and continues to be very helpful. It's great that it connects to google calander so the whole family stays connected. I would 100% recommend this display to everyone!

I’ve been soooo impressed with Hearth and the thoughtfulness behind what they’re building. What I love most is that Hearth doesn’t try to make family life feel more complicated. Tech scares me sometimes but Hearth actually simplifies everything for me. The experience is intuitive, practical, and genuinely designed with real families in mind. It’s rare to come across a product that feels both innovative and incredibly human. Hearth is one of those products. Highly recommend!

Beautiful concept. Terrible tech management. I don't have time for this. Also, these chicken shits aren't brave enough to allow Google reviews cuz they know their numbers ain't great. Hearth, make it better or your company won't survive.

YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND THEY MIDDLE MAN BETWEEN “TECHNICAL SUPPORT.” WHEN THEIR PRODUCT IS FAULTY THEY ONLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE ANOTHER HEARTH DISPLAY.

Poor product with limited features that aren't thought out. The app is buggy. Functions dont work. Leadership won't touch a customer issue, clearly they are too good. Would not recommend this product.

I wish I would’ve read more reviews instead of just the clearly paid ones online. Within three months, this was no longer working and very expensive. For being a family calendar it also doesn’t allow you to sync to multiple Gmail accounts which hinder me from being able to sync my personal calendar and work calendar together for our family to see. Now and just a short three months it’s not even working. The entire screen is black, flickering, glitching. We have emailed customer service and are waiting to see what option we have, but according to the website, it doesn’t even seem like you can return it and get a new sort of refund since it’s outside of 30 days. Since I bought this as a Christmas gift, that’s a pretty big disappointment if they’re just gonna send me another one that doesn’t really fulfill our needs.

Unfortunately, it's a disappointment, and I regret buying it. They talk about having "chore charts," which are barebones, basic to-do lists. That's it. Today, I am looking at it, and we have a recurring task of feeding the dogs in the morning and evening. And yet it somehow displays two todos for each dog feeding. This is such a disappointment. Yes, it will sync calendars and do fundamental to-dos, but that is it. It took us months to figure out which display to get. And we made the wrong decision. UPDATE: On Sept 3 2026, they finally responded. Over a year later! That says it all. I emailed the founders a year ago before making this post, and NONE of them could be bothered to respond.
