Heartbeat ChatReviews of heartbeat.chat

Amazing community platform! It's beautiful and easy to navigate. It has so many options for a personalized experience for every member and Pulse, the AI assistant, can do all of that for you. Would highly recommend!

Easy to navigate.

We recently moved from Skool to Heartbeat after much research on our use case and we have really really benefitted. First, teh team behind it is awesome and second, the platform is absolutely beautiful and well thought of. For us, events and cohorts was key to get high ticket clients and Heartbeat not only has those features but excels as compares to others. We should have made this move years ago.

Heartbeat is a company that starts with a great product. Then they did something crazy. They listened to their users and gave us what we want. Not once. Every month. They keep us informed. If you have questions, they have answers. It's also feature rich, and yet easy to use (their AI tool setup my last cohort class saving me TONS of time). What a concept. Great product with great service.

It was a difficult learning curve at first but I got the hang of it, but when they introduced Pulse (AI Agent), that changed everything and it's been a very valuable tool. There are some things they are working to improve for community organizers and I'm patient because they have the right idea.

Great platform, even greater support. Very transparent – even when things can be improved ... they truly listen to their community. And their AI agent (Pulse) is amazing.

La prise en main est très simple mais surtout les options sont complètes et permettent vraiment de gérer une communauté avec tous les outils nécessaires à l'engagement.

I love this community app — the experience is smooth and the customer service is incredibly responsive and helpful.
