I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10. I was scheduled to leave the country and had planned to leave the package until my return, but it arrived early. The communication was clear and concise. Moreover, they proactively contacted me to confirm that I had ordered the correct product and understood its use.

Malia was the first person I communicated with; and I could not have been more pleased with the level of patience, assistance and customer service I received, WOW!. Then Kim helped; After realizing the receiver I needed was out of stock, she immediately informed me of the problem and offered another size as a temporary until the size I needed arrived. She did not want me to go without hearing in my left ear. From someone who worked in customer service for twenty year at a company I felt wrote the book on customer service… these two have shown me there is still great service out there. THANK YOU!!!
