I had a bad experience with Kim Fishman. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and I needed to find someone in the Twin Cities. My audiologist recently retired. I contacted this company looking for the new Widex model, which provides directional hearing from all sides. I am a golf professional, and I really need that. She fitted me with another model that I really didn’t like. She kept saying I can make adjustments. After the 3rd visit I finally said I do not like these and I want the new model. At which point she said I needed to find another provider. Which I did, and I love the new model.

When my color choice of a hearing aid charger was not immediately available, they emailed me to see if a different color would suffice in order for me to get my hearing aid charger quicker. Because I needed the charger immediately I was very pleased that they contacted me and not just delay my order. They have great communication.

My charger arrived, but you might think about adjusting the timing of your notices. I received the notice that you had my order, then quite some time passed before I asked for an update on my order. Received three messages from you, and the charger on the same day!
