Hears Hearing & Hearables (HHH)did an amazing job for us. I was able to negotiate a very fair price for a Oticon Intent 1 consignment hearing aid. I was able to email latest detailed hearing test that was done locally to HHH, they programmed it and they applied the requested cones ( and gave us some extra) and mailed them. All this was done quickly and remotely from another state. The Oticon Intent 1 is far superior than the 2 year old Costco hearing aids they replaced. I definitely recommend HHH for hearing aids and don't be afraid to get used ones. They are professionally cleaned and tested by HHH and can be programmed for your hearing.

I wanted to have a travel charger for my new hearing aids for overnight flights to and from Australia. I was unsure if yours would be compatible with my hearing aids, so i first emailed and then sent a photo. You emailed back immediately that they would work together. I ordered the charger and am very pleased that it works with my hearing aids.

I am sorry it is hard to guarantee date of shipping. I only hope it doesn't get worse in our political environment.
